Postage fees & charge

We provides free delivery shipping to Peninsular Malaysia. For shipping to Sabah,Sarawak & Labuan, we have shipping charging based on the weight of the item you are purchased.

For Singapore and international shipping fee please contact us before purchase, we have shipping charging based on the weight of the item you are purchased.

All Order received will be processed and shipped out on next day, the delivery will take place within 3-5 working days for shipping to Peninsular Malaysia, 7 to 14 working days for Sabah,Sarawak and Labuan, and 7 to 28 working days for international shipping . We also will take into consideration of product availability and will advise according if any delayed in delivery time. Your parcels are delivered using the courier services via our approved courier service provider. All addresses submitted are not allowed to make any changes .

We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out by the next day but orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. We hope our beloved customers might note that Luxie Moxie Sdn Bhd does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. Self-collect

You can choose to collect your purchases at our office that located in PA-S-43-1,Pearl Avenue Shop, Jalan Pasir Emas, 43000 Kajang,Selangor. All visitor are need to make appointment with us before your visit.
